Whilst running a Telemarketing Company, we started to experiment with what enabled us to get the best out of our people. When businesses talk about their people, they are normally focussing on their staff, Nuts Up takes it a step further and looks at our interactions with our suppliers and customers, and the people that represent these organisations.

Nuts Up evolved over several years of trial and error, and is something we became prouder of every day. Word had started to spread of our success, and recruitment became infinitely easier, with a large portion of our new staff coming from staff referrals. After a visit of our facility, a local business, owner said, “Gee I wish you could bottle that, so I could use it at our factory”, and thus Nuts Up the company was born.
